When you need to replace, or cancel the product you have purchased, please refer to a best-matching case corresponding to your situation below, and contact us first in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE: any replacements or cancellations below would not be accepted after 15 days from delivery.
Wrong product delivery due to our mistake or defective product
- Please contact us first immediately within 15 days after delivery, and return the product back to us right away.
We will arrange you a correct product as quickly as possible. We will bear the replacement shipping cost if it apply.
We can ship you the correct product before getting the wrong product back. However, in that case, we will charge you for the price of the correct product first and credit back the amount of
the wrong product when we receive it in good shape within 21 days after the delivery.
Changing order and wrong order
- Please contact us first, immediately, within 15 days after delivery. Please also return the product to the shipper within 21
days after the delivery.
We will arrange you a replacement, once we receive and inspect the product returned. We will charge necessary amount for the new product, if any, and another shipping fee for the replacement.
Although we will do our best to provide the product you wish at no cost, there might be some cases which require you to pay additional fees etc.
If there is a partial or full refund, we will refund the amount deducting 5% of it as a processing Fee.
Shipping fee is not refundable.

If the manufacturer allow the cancellation, we will refund the amount deducting 5% of the Price as a Processing Fee.
If the manufacturer doesn't allow any cancellations, we cannot refund at all.
